1. Return/Refund Request




1.1 Pursuant to this Refund and Return Policy and the terms and conditions in the Terms of Service, the Buyer may apply for return of purchased items (“Items”) and/or a refund before the expiration of the TT-business guarantee period, as stated in the Terms of Service.




1.2 TT-business guarantee is a service provided by TT-business at the request of users, aiming to assist users in dealing with certain conflicts that may arise during the transaction. Before, during or after using TT-business Guarantee, users can communicate privately to resolve differences or contact local authorities to assist them in resolving any disputes.




2. Return application




2.1 The buyer can only apply for a refund and/or return under the following circumstances:




Buyer did not receive the item;

the item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;

The item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);

The seller delivered to the buyer items that did not conform to the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.);

Items delivered to Buyer differ materially from the description provided by Seller in the item list;

The item received is a counterfeit item**;

The item was received physically damaged (e.g. dented, scratched, broken);

The item received is defective (e.g. malfunctioning, does not work as intended);

By private agreement with the seller, the seller must send his/her confirmation to TT-business confirming such agreement; or

change idea*



*The change of mind return policy is only available in certain categories and only to certain sellers.


**Counterfeit returns policy only applies to TT-business marketplace sellers.




2.2 Buyer applications must be submitted through the TT-business mobile application.




2.3 TT-business will review each Buyer's application on a case-by-case basis and will determine the success of the Buyer's application at its sole discretion.




2.4 Please note that, if required by TT-business, the buyer must ship the item to the location specified by TT-business within ten (10) calendar days of the return request.




2.5TT-business will decide whether to approve your refund and return request at its sole discretion. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the decision of TT-business is final, conclusive and binding, and undertakes and agrees that it will not bring any action or otherwise bring any claim against TT-business or its affiliates for such decision.




2.6 If the buyer initiates legal proceedings against the seller, the buyer may provide TT-business with an official notification from the relevant authority, requesting TT-business to continue holding the purchase monies until a formal decision is available. TT-business will determine in its sole discretion whether it is necessary to continue to hold monies for such purchases.




3. Rights of Preferred Sellers




3.1 If you are a Preferred Seller, you should have received a separate written notice from TT-business informing you of your choice to participate in the TT-business Preferred Seller Program. If at any time you decide not to participate in the TT-business Preferred Seller Program, please notify TT-business in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have chosen to continue participating in the TT-business Preferred Seller Program and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund and Return Policy and conditions. TT-business may at any time in its sole discretion suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the TT-business Preferred Seller Program.




3.2 TT-business' decision to approve a refund or return pursuant to clause 2 above is binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Sellers agree to comply with and take all such necessary steps to effectuate TT-business approved refund or return requests from buyers.




3.3 For any refund or return request approved by TT-business, TT-business will notify the Preferred Seller by email (“Email Notification”), and organize the delivery of the relevant returned goods to the relevant Preferred Seller provided in writing to TT-business address to complete the refund and return process, as long as the address is located in the country where the relevant item is listed for sale on the website (“Local Address”). If the Preferred Seller fails to provide a local address for the returned item or fails to accept delivery of the returned item within a reasonable time (as determined by TT-business), TT-business reserves the right to dispose of such item in any way it deems fit, with priority Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the item. If the Preferred Seller has not received the returned item, the Preferred Seller must notify TT-business within seven (7) days of receipt of the email notification (“Notification Period”). Failure to notify TT-business within the notification period shall be conclusive evidence of the Preferred Seller's acceptance of delivery of the Items, and the Preferred Seller agrees not to make any claim or initiate any dispute with respect to any such items.




3.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, TT-business may, at its sole discretion, not return an item that is approved for a refund or return to the Preferred Seller, and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the item.




3.5 For any refund or return refused by TT-business, if TT-business has received the relevant items, TT-business will arrange for the delivery of such items to the relevant buyer's address in accordance with clause 2 above.




3.6 If TT-businesss approves any refund or return request, Preferred Sellers may appeal against that decision by contacting TT-business and providing evidence in support of such an appeal. If TT-business upholds the Preferred Seller's appeal, it will pay the Preferred Seller all or part of the purchase price. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that TT-business's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and undertakes and agrees that it will not litigate or otherwise bring any claim against TT-business or its affiliates with respect to such decision.




4. Rights of ordinary sellers




4.1 For the purposes of this Refund and Return Policy, Regular Seller means a Seller who is not a Marketplace Seller or Preferred Seller.




4.2 When TT-business receives the buyer's return and/or refund application, TT-business will notify the seller in writing. The seller can respond to the buyer's application according to the steps provided by TT-business in the written notification. Seller must respond within the time frame specified in the written notice (“Stipulated Timeframe”). If TT-business does not hear from the seller within the stipulated period, TT-business will assume that the seller has not responded to the buyer's application and will continue to evaluate the buyer's application without further notice to the seller. TT-business will review each seller's response on a case-by-case basis and will determine in its sole discretion whether the buyer's application is successful based on the seller's stated circumstances.




5. Return Conditions




5.1 In order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning an item, the buyer should ensure that the item (including any free items such as accessories that came with the item) must be returned to the seller in the condition in which the buyer received it on delivery. We will advise buyers to take photos of the items when they receive them.




6. Responsibility for return shipping




(a) In the event of an unforeseen error by Seller (i.e. damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to Buyer), Seller will bear Buyer's return shipping costs.




(b) In the event of a change of mind by the buyer, the buyer shall seek the consent of the seller prior to the return request, and the return shipping shall be borne by the buyer.




(c) In the event of a dispute between the buyer and the seller on the party responsible for the return shipping fee, TT-business will determine the party responsible for the return shipping fee at its sole discretion.




7. Refunds




7.1 The Buyer will only issue a refund after TT-businesss has received confirmation from the Seller that the Seller has received the returned items. If TT-business does not hear from the seller within the specified time, TT-business will have the right to refund the applicable monies to the buyer without prior notice to the seller. Refunds will be made to the buyer's credit/debit card or nominated bank account, whichever is applicable.




8. Communication between buyers and sellers




8.1TT-business encourages users to communicate with each other when problems arise in transactions. Since TT-business is a platform for users to conduct transactions, the buyer should contact the seller directly for any issues with the items purchased.
